I started training 19 years ago and have an extensive background in martial arts. My main discipline was in Tae Kwon Do, which I represented my country at an international level. For the last 8 years, my focus has been bodybuilding. I have applied the dedication and discipline from martial arts, which has proven extremely successful. I have competed with UKBFF and won my first qualifier, and placed 3rd at the British finals in the Classic class. I then went to the Arnold Classic 2014 in Ohio and got to meet Arnold.

This year, I have placed 3rd at BodyPower Expo and won the Welsh Grand Prix, so now to the Finals. I have worked in the supplement industry for the last 4 years and have used supplements for the last 14 years, so I have a vast knowledge and that is why I have chosen MuscleTech®. How has MuscleTech® helped you reach your goals?

What is your favourite MuscleTech® stack?
I want to fuel my muscles before, during and after my workouts. NANO VAPOR is great for muscle pumps and having 3.2g of beta-alanine, it keeps my endurance up. I use AMINO BUILD as an intra-workout to ensure my muscles receive decent amounts of leucine. PHASE8 provides a blend of proteins, so I take this post workout as well as during the day as it acts fast and feeds muscles for hours afterwards.

What is your favourite exercise?
I love decline bench presses, deadlifts, leg presses and dumbell shoulder presses. My favourite has to be training chest – I love the response I get and moving big weight!
